Payment Authorization and Security

YETI does not store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
Depending on the transaction, your payment provider or card issuer may:

- Place a temporary authorization hold
- Approve or decline payments according to its own policies
Orders may be delayed, reviewed, or canceled if payment authorization cannot be completed or if suspicious activity is detected.
Taxes
Applicable sales taxes and fees will be collected where required by applicable laws and regulations.
The final order total, including any applicable taxes or charges, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Order Cancellation and Refunds
Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be available and will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to complete the transaction.
